have our Pallet Rack Post Protectors made in the United States with United
States steel. We also have our End of
Aisle Rack Protection made in the USA.
Does this make our
products more expensive than most of the column guards on the market?
No…. actually our
12”, 18”, and 24” high pallet rack protectors are at the same price or lower
than most all post protectors that are imported from China. Our end of aisle rack protection system is
the least expensive system on the market and more effective!!
The reason
we can make our post protectors at a great value is because we buy American
steel locally and use American workers and machinery to cut, fabricate, bend,
and weld our protectors right here in North Carolina, USA. We do not have to put our products on a boat
and bring in thousands at a time. We can
also make custom heights and widths and designs at minimal cost due to our in
house engineering and design. We can
also offer custom colors at request at minimal upcharge in a durable and great
looking powder coat finish. Our lead
time (if we do not already have them in stock) is only about 2 weeks for
non-standard and custom designs. Not to
mention all our products ships direct from North Carolina via UPS or LTL
Freight.
Our end of rack rub
rail protection system is most commonly supplied in 42”, 48”, and 96” long C4
channel structural steel rails. Also
made in the USA. We can make custom
lengths to meet your single deep pallet rack rows or double deep upright
rows. We can make them single high guard
rail and double high guard rail for maximum protection.
Many applications
are unique to your warehouse design but we can make our pallet rack protection
system work for you and it is all MADE IN THE USA!!!
